A nice property for our month-long summer stay. The only reason we didn't rate this property 5 stars was some construction/roof replacement and the associated noise that was unavoidable. The work was supposed to be completed before we arrived, but like so many construction projects, it was underway during our visit. That said, we could not be more pleased with the response and support we had from Susie, our property manager. She was very apologetic and even offered to move us to another location but we decided to stay. She also was very responsive to any request we made. The unit had all the features we needed including whole house A/C which is pretty vital in Park City now with warmer summers. If you seek a location that is convenient to all that Park City has to offer, this one is ideal. The trail system is just a stones' throw away and an easy walk to groceries, shops and the liquor store. Susie definitely deserves 5 stars for personal service and professionalism.
Had a great stay at this property with our family ! Master was larger and allowed for a pack and play for our toddler. Room with bunk with fit or teenage boys perfect and third room with a queen was perfect for the in-laws who came along to help with the toddler. The full size kitchen was perfect for meal prep and storing groceries . The full size table seating up to 8 was great for mealtime and game time. My favorite part of this property is the privacy, garage parking and private hot tube are hard to come by so close to first class skiing ! Will stay again.
Great property and Susie is an amazing host who responded very quickly to any inquiry or issue we had. Nice common room and a great hot tub ! Our group utilized the free bus to ski hills, stop is across the street. Highly recommend a stay here !
