The work was supposed to be completed before we arrived, but like so many construction projects, it was underway during our visit. She was very apologetic and even offered to move us to another location but we decided to stay. She also was very responsive to any request we made. The unit had all the features we needed including whole house A/C which is pretty vital in Park City now with warmer summers. If you seek a location that is convenient to all that Park City has to offer, this one is ideal. The trail system is just a stones' throw away and an easy walk to groceries, shops and the liquor store. Susie definitely deserves 5 stars for personal service and professionalism."
