We enjoyed our stay. Sue was an exceptional hostess. She and the owner made sure we had the unit decorated for Christmas and even went through the trouble of getting a small tree for the living room. My daughter and her friend stayed in the living room and I took the king. Everyone was comfortable. The girls loved having the fireplace in their room and a view of the mountains our the sliding glass doors. When we needed a cookie sheet Sue brought one right away. We enjoyed the hot tub too.

The location was awesome, and the space was plenty for one couple. The kitchen was fully stacked which was nice. We did have to buy a French press which is one very simple and affordable thing to have in any rental spot, we left it there so now you have one :). Now on a more constructive critisisim, the items that def need improvement are; The bed and pillows. They were very cheap pillows and the mattress was very old and wore out. We spent 3 days skiing which is why the location was a huge plus, but to come to a very uncomfortable bed and wake up with a soar back and neck was not fun at all. This needs attention asap. I know its a big investment but it will make every one else's experience in Park City, 1000 better. The sheets did not smell clean. They did not smell dirty but I would recommend using a diff detergent, same with the bathroom towells. I would also recommend swapping all the brown towels along with the blue sheet for white. Its been proven that in the hospitality world most successful spots will provide white clean sheets and white towels. They are harder to keep clean which ensures the guest they are clean, instead of masking any dirt from prevous tenants. I also would replace the cleaning crew. Every single thing we grabbed, forks, knifes, glasses, plates etc had food residue from previous guests, so we had to wash eveything before using it. Considering the space and the amt we paid for cleaning, this is an essential and again sends the message of a clean space. I think the space has great potential but def needs more attention. I hope this helps the landlord and or management co.

Susie’s place was perfect for our long weekend trip to Park City! We arrived st the condo in under an hour frl leaving the airport. The place was easy to find. Upon arrival, the place was clean and we immediately felt comfortable. The kitchen had all the basic utensils and cookware to be able to cook meals and prepare lunches for the slopes or the trail. The bed was super comfortable! My wife and I melted into the mattress each night and slept like logs. The location was very convenient to the grocery store, liquor store, downtown Park City, and the ski slopes. We walked to the Sunrise Lift at Park City in under 10 minutes...no need to take the shuttle at all. You can see it from the balcony. Getting to and from downtown was incredibly easy on the free shuttle bus. Under 10 minutes each way. The hot tub was great each day after skiing. It’s not private, but we were usually the only ones using it. This is a great place for a couple or very small family/group, especially for skiing. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. Great value for sure! Some tips: - It’s a condo surrounded by other units, so you can definitely hear people in other units through the walls. Keep that in mind both in terms of your own needs as well as those of guests in the other units. It wasn’t an issue for us, but we could definitely hear some of the neighbors’ conversations word for word. Likewise, it probably doesn’t take much for others to be able to hear you! - You definitely don’t need a car. Public transportation in Park City is fantastic. Other than the free bus, Uber and Lyft is also available. - The firewood we got from 7-11 was pretty green and didn’t burn. Try getting firewood at Whole Foods or somewhere else on your way in. - There is a Whole Foods on the way in from SLC, about 20 min away from Park City. This was a much better option for food than the market in Park City. At least that was our opinion.
